At MAC Telemarketing, quality phone servise is not just our product; It's
our way of life! In addition to trainers, supervisors and account managers,
MAC maintains a full-time staff of Quality Assurance and Quality Control
personnell at each of its two locations. This staff reports directly to the
President as a centralized department from our home office.
